Regular weekly and monthly reporting to trustees and managing agents, including maintenance logs, incident reports, compliance updates and conduct rule enforcement.

Regular checks of fire hydrants, fire hoses and firefighting equipment. Identify and address health and safety risks in accordance with regulations.

Monthly readings of electrical and water meters, monitoring of all utilities and maintaining updated records for trustees and managing agents.

Assist trustees in developing short- and long-term maintenance goals, preparing 10-year maintenance plans and supporting maintenance budget planning.
